Planning Permit Costs are NOT included in the Base price of your New Home Estimate.  All Planning Costs are extra charges that either we add on your pricing as extra or you pay and provide the required reports and approvals to Lane Housing Co.If your Project requires a Planning Permit, we can provide you with a Quotation from our recommended Planning Consultant.  You are also welcome to engage a consultant of your choice, and this will be a cost you pay directly to that consultant.Often the planning process requires specific Drafting details.  These will form extra costs and we will discuss with you the likely extent of time and show these costs in the Drafting - Extras section of this agreement and be invoiced at $80 Inc GST Per Hour.  Any Associated costs from the planning process, eg streetscape or 3D images, expert consultant costs, drafting revisions, authority fees will be extra costs are either paid by you directly outside of our Lane Housing Co agreement or added to this agreement and included in your final Contract Price as added extras.
