Standard Inclusion - Up to 300mm fall across the building site area up to a maximum of 650m2 area. At times the site conditions make it difficult and more expensive for construction due to access restrictions such as wet weather preventing vehicles or deliveries onto site or trades to work, tight access limiting the type of on-site deliveries in close proximity to the construction zone, manual loading or moving of materials required or non-standard equipment for narrow access. The most common issues are rural sites requiring compacted gravel driveway installed or concrete trucks not getting access or needing a pump if not able to access site. It is the owner's responsibility and cost to provide satisfactory access to the building site for standard construction methods and access. If these site conditions occur, extra charges will apply. We can provide an allowance budget for these types of conditions if it is likely they may occur on your site, otherwise they will be charged as variations during the build. As these conditions may not occur, if you have an allowance budget and it is not required, the price will be credited back to you.
